Refund Policy

PROCEDURE TO RAISE A REFUND REQUEST:

  1. Type the following refund request letter on a paper and fill in the blanks as per your specific case. Take a print of the letter, sign it and send us a scan of the signed letter. Refund Request Letter:

I further state that I had received the services as promised, in a timely manner. However, on account of unexpected circumstances, the transcripts are no longer useful. Where Click Transcripts.com cannot be held liable in any manner. But anyhow, the documents are now not of any use to me. Under the company policy, I am asking for a refund of money paid to the company. I will not be involved in any litigation and will not claim any amount other than this refund. Please, issue me a refund at your early convenience.
  3. Every refund request will be processed within 7 working days. We will refund and credit the amount to the customer’s bank account 5-7 working days.
  4. Once the documents have been dispatched, and tracking number will be shared “WES Couriers (Unit of AB International)” will not be responsible for any lost, misplaced or damaged courier/post and the policies of the respective courier/postal company will be applicable in any such case.
  5. In case the university/college authorities ask for applicant’s contact information due to any reason, we will be bound to disclose the same.
  6. The time estimates given are based on past experience or historical data of delivery times by the educational institutes. The actual time taken may vary a lot from the given estimates. WES Couriers (Unit of AB International) acts as a facilitator in India on behalf of the customer and, as such, cannot be held responsible for bureaucratic delays when dealing with government bodies/academic institutions/external agencies.
  7. WES Couriers (Unit of AB International) applies to the university on behalf of the customer and the university issues the transcript as per its rules and format. “WES Couriers (Unit of AB International)” cannot make any changes in the format or remove any error caused by the university and as such will not be responsible for any causes generated due to errors done by the university.
  8. The prices are inclusive of all the costs like university/college fee, service charges, packaging, stationary. The terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi India.
  9. The Applicant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, WES Couriers (Unit of AB International) and/or its affiliates, their websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by WES Couriers (Unit of AB International) and/or its affiliates, partner websites and their respective lawful successors and assigns that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by the applicant pursuant to this agreement. The applicant shall be solely and exclusively liable for any breach of any country specific rules and regulations or general code of conduct and WES Couriers (Unit of AB International) cannot be held responsible for the same.
  10. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by Arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration Act, currently called the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments there to. The Arbitral Tribunal shall consist of a Sole Arbitrator to be appointed by the Company. Where the provision for arbitration is invoked by the User, all expenses for such arbitration shall be borne by the User till the passing of the award by the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator shall determine the liability of the Company to pay costs for such arbitration based on the nature of the claim raised by the User (whether such claims are frivolous or otherwise), amount claimed, amount awarded and such other circumstances as the Arbitrator may consider reasonable. Where the provision for arbitration is invoked by the Company, the costs of the arbitration proceedings shall be borne equally by the Parties, subject to determination by the Arbitrator and recorded in the award. The venue of such arbitration shall be Delhi Jurisdiction (State), India (Country). The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The procedure shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
